General Terms – شرایط عمومی

This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all orders placed with tahasports , a wholesale shoe manufacturer based in Tehran. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

این سند شرایط و ضوابط مربوط به تمام سفارش‌های ثبت‌شده در طاها اسپرت ، تولیدکننده کفش عمده در تهران، را مشخص می‌کند. با ثبت سفارش، شما موافقت خود را با این شرایط اعلام می‌دارید.

Orders – سفارشات

Orders can only be placed in bulk. No single-item purchases are available.

تمامی سفارشات فقط به صورت عمده پذیرفته می‌شوند. خرید تک‌محصولی امکان‌پذیر نیست.

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to each product. Specifics of the MOQ will be communicated at the time of the order.

حداقل تعداد سفارش (MOQ) برای هر محصول اعمال می‌شود. جزئیات MOQ در زمان سفارش اعلام خواهد شد.

Payment Terms – شرایط پرداخت

Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

پرداخت‌ها باید به‌طور کامل در زمان ثبت سفارش انجام شود، مگر اینکه به صورت کتبی توافق دیگری صورت گرفته باشد.

برای پرداخت به صورت چکی، لطفاً برای بررسی شرایط و صلاحیت با ما تماس بگیرید.

Shipping and Delivery – ارسال و تحویل

Orders are shipped via freight to any location within Iran. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

سفارشات از طریق باربری به هر نقطه از ایران ارسال می‌شود. هزینه‌های ارسال بر اساس وزن و مقصد سفارش محاسبه خواهد شد.

The estimated delivery time will be provided once the order is confirmed.

زمان تقریبی تحویل پس از تأیید سفارش اعلام خواهد شد.

The company is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

شرکت مسئولیتی در قبال تأخیرات ناشی از ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات حمل‌ونقل شخص ثالث ندارد.

Returns and Exchanges – بازگشت و تعویض

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective products.

به دلیل ماهیت سفارشات عمده، بازگشت و تعویض تنها در صورت وجود محصولات معیوب پذیرفته می‌شود.

Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

ادعاها در مورد محصولات معیوب باید ظرف ۷ روز از دریافت سفارش انجام شود.

If a return or exchange is approved, the company will cover the shipping costs for the return.

در صورت تأیید بازگشت یا تعویض، شرکت هزینه‌های ارسال بازگشت را پوشش خواهد داد.

Limitation of Liability – محدودیت مسئولیت

The company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.

مسئولیت شرکت محدود به تعویض محصولات معیوب یا بازپرداخت قیمت خرید است.

The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

شرکت در قبال هیچ‌ گونه خسارات غیرمستقیم، حادثی یا تبعی که ناشی از استفاده یا ناتوانی در استفاده از محصولات است، مسئولیتی ندارد.

Governing Law – قانون حاکم

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

این شرایط و ضوابط تحت قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار دارد.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Tehran.

هرگونه اختلاف ناشی از این شرایط در دادگاه‌های تهران حل خواهد شد.

Amendments – اصلاحات

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

شرکت حق دارد هر زمان این شرایط و ضوابط را اصلاح کند.

Customers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions before their next order.

مشتریان از هرگونه تغییر در شرایط و ضوابط قبل از سفارش بعدی خود مطلع خواهند شد.
